Is there anything sexier than sex? Absolutely. In fact, there are at least 10 things sexier than sex, according to a lot of lovely people on this planet.
1. Technology
According to a survey by Harris Interactive (marketing research and opinion polling company) if a person has to make a choice between sex and high-tech gadgets, high-tech gadgets are likely to get preferential treatment . This may sound sad, but we need to think about this for a while. Smartphones allow people to stay in touch with the world. They entertain us 24 hours a day and while some people might disagree they do make our lives easier. Additionally, many people have access to sexy content on their phones.
2. Chocolate
While more than 30% of people believe their high-tech gadgets are an absolute necessity for life, nearly three-quarters prefer to have food. This sounds like the best bet, considering that food is essential to life on this planet. And then there is chocolate. Chocolate stimulates our senses and causes the brain to release dopamine, the pleasure hormone in the brain, and considering it’s available 24 hours a day, it’s easily sexier than sex.
3. Kisses
An old saying goes, “It’s not the destination, but the journey that matters most.” » The same can be said about the humble kiss, which according to several researches is a sine qua non for love and sex for as many as 80% of people. So while sex may get all the glory, it’s the kiss that decides a happy ending.
4. The man with a broom
While a man with an athletic body may be considered sexy to many women, the image of a man with a broom in one hand may attract more people’s interest in all cultures. Women often say no to sex because they feel stressed, overworked and tired. So who is sexier than a man with the body of a god? A man who takes care of household chores. Are you guys reading? If you help her in the kitchen, she will be happier helping you in the bedroom!
5. Fantasies
Aren’t fantasies always better than reality? It’s okay to enjoy several steamy and downright embarrassing fantasies every week. The good news is that, according to studies, a fertile imagination outside of the bedroom seems to mean a pretty active sex life when you actually get into the bedroom.
6. To be normal/simple
Research suggests that a normal, simple person is universally sexy. We actually associate health with an average-sized body. This suggests a healthy gene and we care (consciously or unconsciously) about this when it comes to making a baby.
7. Touch
In a study in Belgium, researchers say that rewarding behavior is not only driven by thinking and looking, but also by touching, especially in women. So the idea of sex will never be as sexy to a woman unless you “preheat her oven” with something she can touch like your underwear. It may seem strange, but it’s the truth.
8. Emotional intimacy
There is evidence that married couples find sex less sexy the longer they stay together. However, all of these sexy feelings can be replaced with stability, security, empathy, vulnerability and a strong spiritual connection. This non-sexual intimacy could easily be sexier than sex, especially when you consider that the universal goal is to love and be loved.
9. The caresses
Whether you are a man or a woman, you want human contact. Caresses are an important part of a fulfilling sex life and without the simple act of holding your partner’s hand or cuddling sex wouldn’t be as important as you think.
10. Sex and risk
Sex sells, but it’s even sexier when there’s fear and risk attached to it! Unusual places, use of objects or sex toys in public, the opportunities are numerous and not lacking.
